Drop Off Appointments

 For your convenience, our clinic offers drop off appointments at no additional cost. A drop off appointment is when you leave your pet with us for an unspecified amount of time to be seen when the doctor's schedule allows. Drop off times are between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 am. Pick up times are between the hours of 2:30 pm and must be picked up no later than 5:45 pm.

Please fill out the “drop off questionnaire” located below and bring it with you when you drop off your pet in the morning. If you are unable to print out the form we ask that you please email it to us at guilbeaustation@hotmail.com 

Please provide several reliable contact phone numbers where you can be reached during the day to answer questions about your pet’s health and authorize procedures the doctor recommends.
